Please aim to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes early for your appointment.

BOOKINGS

To secure your appointment, kindly ensure all bookings are confirmed. A reminder text or email will be sent to you two days prior. Please respond to confirm or cancel the appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals 15 minutes and over. This may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged as a no-show. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance via SMS or email. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

BOOKING DEPOSITS

To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required for all services. This deposit will be applied to your appointment. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within 3 months. For same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows, 100% of the service booked will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies.

REFUND POLLICY

Please note that refunds are only offered in the event of a major issue with the service. If you encounter a significant problem, we kindly request that you contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are issued in-salon or via email/SMS, are non-transferable/non-refundable, and valid for 12 months from date of issue, or otherwise at our discretion.

Gift vouchers cannot be used towards your deposit to secure your appointment. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in salon when presented upon checkout, towards any and all products and services.
